Moke Hill Reads
The Moke Hill Reads group will now be meeting every month, on Thursday mornings at 10 am in the Library. We will be alternating a chosen reading with book reports (whatever you are reading). Here are the upcoming dates:

In 1985, cuts in the County budget resulted in the closure of several library branches. Our situation changed in 1996 when Mokelumne Hill resident Theresa Moore, aged 99, passed away and left monies to bring a library back to Mokelumne Hill. The community raised $127,875 more in donations for computers, and other supplies. June 1999 was our grand re-opening.
